The Empowered Flower Girl produces motivational workshops and clothing that inspire girls and young women to live powerfully.

The Empowered Flower Girl offers its signature line of clothing in girls’ and womens sizes. Our fashion-forward t-shirts are available in three colors: wisdom white, hot chocolate and powerful pink.
Workshops & Events
EFG provides content to nonprofit organizations for programs and workshops. Non-profit and/or tax-exempt organizations are eligible for discounted merchandise and special fund raising incentives.
Who is the Empowered Flower Girl?
Rasheda Kamaria is the founder of Empowered Flower Girl. She is a communications professional, dance instructor and writer with a passion for giving back. Rasheda currently serves as an active volunteer for several Detroit-area youth organizations, including Alternatives for Girls and the Association for Youth Empowerment. Joining these organizations was one of the most rewarding community service endeavors in which she has pursued.
“The girls that I mentor – along with my nieces – are my motivation for writing Power Tools for Flower Girls and starting the company,” she said. “The girls and young women I’ve encountered through my volunteer and professional work are intelligent, savvy and talented. I wanted to write a book especially for them. I didn’t want to write a book that focused on dating, cute boys or how to dress like a celebrity. I wanted to produce a literary work that would inspire them to lift their self- and society-imposed limitations and live abundantly.”
